ATV ( UTV) Trails Around Nakina, Ontario
The Nakina area in Northern Ontario holds hundreds of miles of logging roads and secondary logging roads left from the past, and it is legal to operate all terrain vehicles, whether ATV or UTVs.
The remote roads, including highways, in Ontario are legal to operate ATVs & UTVs, provided they are properly registered.
The trail/road system starts right outside our driveway, so riders can leave for the day right from their cabin.
All riders need to bring proof of vehicle ownership, proof of full coverage insurance and proof of vehicle registration in their own state or province and helmets are legally required in Ontario. We will can provide maps of the area to guest upon arrival.

The terms ATV and UTV are often used interchangebly but an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) is normally made for one rider to go off-roading, a four wheeler or one seater for example. A utility task vehicle (UTV) is normally larger and designed with multiple seats, allowing additional passengers.
Cabin Rental for ATV & UTV Groups
Our cabins are fully equipped with everything you need for a great home base on your trip. All cabins have two bedrooms that comfortably sleep four adults with one double and three single beds each. The cabins have fully equipped kitchens with propane stoves and electric refrigeration. (Note: Please do not bring electric fry pans or hotplates as they overload the generator. Thank you.) Bathrooms have hot water, showers and flush toilets.
Please be aware that all our water comes directly from the lake, fine for showers, but you will need to bring drinking water.
